Regina Hunter is the Founding Partner of Hunter Law, P.A., and an experienced Florida attorney who has represented individuals and families in personal injury and family law matters for more than 25 years. Since establishing her law practice in 1999, she has built a reputation for providing skilled legal representation while helping clients navigate some of life's most challenging situations with compassion and professionalism.

Regina represents clients in a broad range of personal injury cases, including auto and motorcycle accidents, boating and maritime accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, premises liability, and other negligence claims. She also has extensive experience handling family law matters, including divorce, paternity, child support, prenuptial agreements, post-judgment modifications, mediation, and enforcement proceedings.

She earned her Juris Doctor, with academic honors, from Stetson University College of Law after completing her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science, with a minor in Women's Studies, at Saint Mary's College, also with academic honors. Regina has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1998 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Regina has achieved the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent® Rating, the organization's highest peer-reviewed distinction for legal ability and ethical standards. Throughout her career, she has remained actively involved in the legal community through organizations including the Florida Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers, and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
